Three years today!!

Thanks Citrus, Purps, Tomls, Bandi, Wicsober and Suze! Love you guys. And congrats to everyone celebrating a milestone today, including my dear friend, the koala who happens to be Canadian. One more month until you have three years CK!!! Love knowing you're there.... One month behind me.

I'm loving being three years sober and to celebrate, I've hired a rug doctor and am having an awesome morning cleaning my carpets. My, how I have changed. It's totally brilliant!! And the best part is, once I finish cleaning the carpets in each room, I get to pour away all the black, filthy water. It's so satisfying. And feels strangely symbolic on today of all days. The black dirty water is all those lost years of drinking and by pouring it down the drain, I'm able to refuel with the pure clear waters of sobriety. Love it. Onwards towards year 4.... One day at a time. 24 more for me please xxxx

No feeling to good today. Trying to get out for coffee/lunch etc at weekends. Making sure I stay connected and all that, but today I really want to hide. I'll go anyway and feel better for it.

Kenton, I had to do the narcissist test too. It didn’t give me a score but said I had little or no indication of narcissistic personality disorder, phew! And you are sooo not a narcissist, you’re a beautiful caring soul ❤️ and happy 3 year soberversay! Well done

I just got in from the field after combining all night, but wanted to check in before I hit the sack for some much needed sleep!
