A good day today. No details needed- just was. I felt connected, productive, useful. Gotta acknowledge such days- as not all of 'em are as such.

Morning friends. I feel like crap this morning. Didn't sleep well last night at all.

I'm pretty sure it's sugar withdrawal. I've been addicted for some time and I've finally said no more!

Dr. Google says that the symptoms I have or some of the symptoms of withdrawal so that's what I'm going with!

Any suggestions will be welcomed. Startin' fluid is not helping but I'm chuggin' it anyway.

Hey BBG, good luck with the sugar thing - you'll get over the hump in a few days I imagine. Whenever necessary, eat some bacon

PJ, isn't nice to just enjoy some days?

A decent morning here for me - after a semi productive weekend. My work calendar looks manageable this week, so I'm happy about that!

BBG- hoping the sugar stuff sorts itself. Dr Google can be a curse sometimes.
Yes, MITA- it is good having an island day of good stuff in the sea of normality.

Hit a wall today. 13 gym sessions in 17 days- always pushing. No soreness or pain or injuries...just extreme fatigue. Sleeping 12h +. As I have more to do than just exercise or sleep, time to be less aggressive, methinks (which sucks). A bit like the art school study last year- I pushed to prove to myself I could do it.

Morning everybody. Well, maybe my mind was running wild about the sugar withdrawal. Sleep really well last night and feel great this morning. Sometimes I have a tendency to overthink things.

PJ I really need to start an exercise routine of some kind. I'm a real couch potato.

Got startin' fluid right now and gettin' ready to get this day started. Everybody have a great one.

I hear you PJ. s

And maybe BBG if you like fruit? If you eat some fruit you will be getting natural sugar....it might be too hard on your body to completely remove all sugar at once. Just my thoughts. s

Good morning.

Lillian - I pray you are all staying safe. It looks terrible out there.

It's okay to slow down a bit, PHX. I need to get moving again.

BBG - "Sometimes I have a tendency to overthink things. " That's me for sure. Sugar is hard to quit though.

Wishing everyone a great day!

Thanks for the suggestion Venus.

I love bananas and buy 'em most every grocery day. But then if I don't eat 'em all they wind up in banana bread!!! Banana bread and butter pecan ice cream is just as good as triple chocolate brownies and ice cream.

I'll lick this sugar addition. Got a routine Dr's appointment in December and certainly don't want blood sugar problems!

I find that when I am doing that I am also frowning.....if I pick up my eyebrows and smile, it is impossible to feel negative. Try it. s xx

Same. I get myself into situations where I will stop and say, "hmm, I'm behaving alcoholically. Exercise, running, eating sugar, binge watching are just a few instances where I have to check myself. I feel you.

Purple - you are awesome. There. Negative self talk has no place in your life.

Suze - just want to say how much I appreciate everything you do. It means a lot and I'm sure there are times your words have been the difference between holding steadfast or falling off the cliff for many.

I hope everyone has a fantastically awesome day.

Same here....and I got up early with Nick (not like Purps early, but 4.45am) so I am thinking it might be nap time soon.
