Little later than normal checking in. Traffic was horrid this morning. Checking in for another 24. Girls have their Halloween parade at school this afternoon. One is a lion and one is a butterfly. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Hi all,
I haven’t checked in for such a long time. I’m still sober and almost at 2 years.. what a rollercoaster it’s been though!
My health continues to be well, I’m still in remission and on 3 monthly scans. My oldest Son has joined the Australian Navy and my youngest Son graduated high school last week!! I’m loving life

On way home after work. It involves some heavy lifting, but ironically it wasn’t strenuous on lower back! Even better is an eight hr shift( but open 24 hrs) plus no wknds wow....thank You Lord!!
Can hit a mtg after hot shower, then call it a day

6.45am Thursday morning here, a beautiful sunshiny day.
