Sometimes I think I was born in the wrong century. My brother and sister are currently having an argument on email and I'm copied in on each message. I can't bear it. It's so toxic. I don't like it when people snipe at each other on email, Twitter, WhatsApp etc. At least when people wrote with quills and then tied their little notes to pigeons for delivery, you had to wait a while for the response. All this instant messaging is great when everyone's being nice but if not, it's just a quick way of spreading negative energy. I would turn my email off but I need it for work so I'm just trying to ignore the argument. Think I'll just enjoy my marmite on toast for a few moments and then return to it. Love to everyone and 24 more for me please xxxx

That's wonderful love.Nw for something a bit cheeky....I bought myself a present. I am a few days early, but I wanted to show you all.
The other side of the medallion has the serenity prayer and one turquoise crystal in the middle.
The case and key chain was separate..I want to carry this with me all of the time....isn't is gorgeous?

For today I am not going to stress about:
Only eating a plant based diet.
Using too much plastic.
Not doing enough cardio-vascular exercise.
Having a big bum.
Worrying about being a good person.
Although the above are important (especially my bum
) I am giving myself the gift of letting them go (for now!)
Well done everyone reaching a milestone today and loads of love
For today I am not going to stress about:

Amazing how eating a balanced lunch can curb impulsive thinking.
All my needs are taken care of...I don't have to have money right now today.
Not angry or lonely but tired...I'm usually up by 0500. Take a nap to Agatha Christie's Poirot audiobook. I may wait for tomorrow to pick up my check. After eating I'm not driven to buy cigarettes. Staying close to my support system(s) today. 1137 CDT
