All good with me. Did a brilliant mindfulness class last night and early yoga class this morning. What with yoga, mindfulness, Ekhart Tolle, reiki etc I really feel like I'm on the right path in my life. Still feels like I'm at the beginning of the path and there's a long way to go but I quite like this path so I'm not so bothered about where I finally end up. Don't feel like rushing... I'm quite enjoying the journey. And I get to hang out with you guys. Even if I spend the rest of my life travelling slowly along this path, not quite sure where I'm heading... I reckon that will be ok.

And Suze, I hope the baby squirrel is ok. I once tried to save a pigeon with a broken wing and another time I tried to save 2 baby robins that had fallen out of a nest. I phoned a wildlife centre on both occasions and the professional advice was to let nature take it's course. But I struggled with that so I set up a makeshift bird hospital in my garden shed. The pigeon with the broken wing and the baby robins didn't make it but at least I tried. As heartbreaking as it is, I guess we can learn from nature and from the ability of animals to accept things the way they are. That said, my garden shed will double up as a wild animal hospital again in a heart beat. I can try to accept things the way they are but I'll never stop caring. Love you xxxxx

And with you all the way.....I can't just leave them. This squirrel would definitely have died yesterday, it was 33 degrees and it fell from somewhere. I looked just now, and I can't see it....I so hope that the other squirrelies that were here helped the little sweetheart. Still praying for her.

Just checking in as usual. One day I’ll be able to come here and drop a hugely inspirational share about my spiritual journey, faith, hope and wisdom, full of positive vibes and powerful words, enough to hopefully help make a difference in someone’s life and perhaps even begin to believe in myself enough that I no longer feel worthless.
For the time being, I’m sober, very grateful, and not ashamed to admit that I’m really struggling with life on life’s terms. Sometimes the terms aren’t easy to meet.
I’ve got a lot to be grateful for in recovery, and I must learn that I’m not in charge of every situation life presents me with. All I can do is try to be the best person I can, one day at a time.

Our son Mark saw the new Joker movie tonight. Gave it -- 2 Thumbs Up. He said that me & Dad (Sweet Ken) have to go see it on Sunday with him! On the BIG SCREEN .... ?????
I guess I should add that Mark & I have watched all the SAW movies, Rob Zombie, Hostel,etc etc. But, I watch those at home on the TV.
Not sure bout the movie, but I'm definitely in for my next 24 ....
