I’d love to be a part of the group! So tired of embarrassing myself and feeling like utter crap every single day. I’m definitely sick and tired of being sick and tired. I will check in and read every single post in this thread! Rooting for all of us to succeed! Cool to see a couple of people with some days already under their belt in the group. Valuable inspiration for sure!

Yay...

Made it through the day....I feel pretty crappy, heartburn and headaches, and smoking waaaay too much. But I didn't drink and I'm happy about that.

Fall is here and the leaves are beautiful, so I'm thinking I'll go for a walk in the park tomorrow...maybe grab a pumpkin spice latte on the way.
