Congratulations to everyone celebrating milestones today!!
I woke up to my 5 year old climbing into my side of the bed wanting to snuggle. She’s so sweet at this age. She rubbed my nose with hers and looked over at me, touched my nose with her little finger and said “boop.”
Will be leaving for the retreat in 45 minutes. Praying I can get this AV out of my head. I have the self control to say no and the self confidence to not care what others think if I’m not drinking with them. It will be a challenging 24 hours. But I’m in for at least 24 hours sober. Will check in tomorrow. Or later if I really need it. Happy Sunday all.

This morning, I chair the spirituality meeting at a treatment center. After that, I'm going to join my sponsor at their 5th Sunday family dinner. We're going to a seafood restaurant--Deland Fish House. It's supposed to be very good. Wishing all a safe and sober Sunday.

Still 90 here, well not right now....let's see....67 on the way to 90 odd, 86% humidity.....it is like a pocket of warm here in the mid-west. Going to be hot until Wednesday....

Remember honey, if you have a drink in your hand.....a cranberry and mineral water (I like that) or something, no one is going to notice that you are not drinking. Thinking of you.....you got this girl!!!
