Excuse me whilst i casually roast to death slowly on my couch.

How are you doing PJ ? I have 2 air cons on and its still bloody hot .

Just went outside ( hence my roasting on the couch session ) & left 50 million water bowls out for the lizards and skinks , birds and other wildlife .
I have to keep filling them as all the maggies are coming down for baths.

No bird chirps today...poor things .

I just HATE FRIGGEN SUMMER ...HATE HATE HATE IT !!!!

It shpuld be BANNED i tell ya !

I just can't believe how devastating the wildfires have been due to drought this year I know it's been increasingly bad but this year was heartbreaking to see in pictures etc

Absolutely ridiculous for December, god only knows what February will bring. I just cant do this heat. Had to ring Mum & Dad a few times today to check on them.

My brother David, rang them and told them he put 50 bucks in their account and to leave the air con running even at night if they have to.
I have such thoughtful family.

Good idea with the water spray and fan, Dee. I have an ‘up-fan’ that I wear round my neck. Really good if you’re out and about.

It’s raining this morning, no sign of the freezing snow yesterday. It was only a smattering though.

When it’s hot in qld I sleep with a slightly damp towel under me it’s very comfortable. Spray it with the spray bottle.
