Don't Quit Part 46
DQ doing things to clear our heads such as taking a brisk walk or a light jog when anxiety, frustration, and all sorts of things gets clogged up and then rewarding ourselves with maybe a mixture of decaf coffee and hot chocolate 🍫 at night time!
