Good morning Marcheros!!
I’m at the airport early. My flight’s at 5am and I was pretty awake so I decided to just head down. I’d like some coffee, but I really want to get a little extra sleep on this leg.

Good Sunday morning friends. Got my startin' fluid Purps. Have a great trip MITA. Get some sleep!
Went to the grocery yesterday and gave the liquor isle the ole Casey salute! Wish Casey would come back home. And Sam too!

Sending kind and warm thoughts to missing friends. Would love to know you’re ok.
Checkin in too. Blueberry coffee again, which I think is now my go~to coffee in the summer. Meeting girlfriends for breakfast, quick pedicure and then to a birthday party for my mom’s widower (mom died, did I use that term correctly?). He’s on oxygen and all his friends are in their 80s. Can’t get into too much trouble today it would seem. So happy he’s still with us. Yesterday, family get together resulted in about 40 comments on my now curly short pixie hair...followed by “you look healthy.” I’ll take that! I suspect today’s birthday party might turn into a competition for who has the worst medical story...ha!

It was a really nice day here in the Northeast. Pretty much the opposite of “clabberdy” - I think
Hoping to sleep well in the hotel tonight and maybe hit the gym in the morning. The sleep thing is always a bit hit or miss when I’m on the road and few time zones out of synch.
Feeling grateful to have found some balance lately. I’m not sure how I maintain it. Maybe some consistent self-care. It seems to go as quickly as it comes. Kind of like my golf game
