My sweet Ken got home from band practice about 5 minutes ago. He said its still around 82 Degrees outside!
This Morning I went out to turn off our porch twinkle lights.
!!BOOM!! Everything is WET!
Already hot & HUMID.
I grew up with that California "Dry Heat" (lived in this same Valley my whole life mostly). Our weather patterns have definitely changed. So uncomfortable now ....
I'm in for my next 24 too!

Happy birthday 🎉🎂🎈 birthday people! I'm off to a wedding today on the River Thames. And then I'm doing a yoga workshop tomorrow afternoon and then we're heading to the beach on Sunday. Three years ago, if I was going to a Friday wedding on the river Thames, I would have no plans for Saturday or Sunday because I wouldn't start feeling back to normal until Monday. Maybe even Tuesday. What a waste of precious days. Especially when none of us know how many we've got. Hope everyone is ok, 24 more for me please xxx

Good morning all. My anxiety has become totally unmanageable this week. I am close to losing it and am so frightened I will give in and drink. I went back to the doctors yesterday and she gave me 1 week prescription of diazepam to see me through whilst I am on holiday. It is a short term measure because as I'm sure you all know diazepam is highly addictive. I took 1 yesterday and it did help so my plan is to just have 1 when I get up to help me start my day and try not to take the second one unless I am in a state.
I'm overwhelmed by fear and just so desperately upset that it has come to this again. I won't drink. Somehow I know that to be true. It won't help I know that.
24 more please I have to try and muster the energy to pack for our holiday. Lots of love xxx

24 for me as I attack this very early workday, get it wrapped, and go off to my parent’s house to cheer up Mother a bit. I need to bring something she’ll love..maybe some new plants.
I’m not quite fully baked yet...so...more cofffee! I know it should probably be decaf. Back to the half-caf tapering regime soon. Maybe I’d be half as anxious by 10 am? Suze knows I pound wayyy too much of the stuff
