Good afternoon dear 24 gang. I'm still not quite managing consistent posting. Must try harder.
Oh and the sugar binging.
It's just out of control.
I'm not sure if it is me the alcoholic grabbing a substitute or a side effect of my ADs.
It feels just like when I was off and on the booze. The voice telling me it "needs" chocolate or cookies or cake or *insert name of sugary delight*
I don't need them do I?
I mean I can hardly die from sugar withdrawal?
Sod it. No more sugar today.
7 hours till bed time.
I'm up for it!

You may well need it (sugar) dear jojo, for the moment....you have been through a tough time, and gosh a sweet treat can help sometimes.....so.....how about not beating yourself up anymore

and instead of saying NO, just say I will have less. I will have 2 biscuits, and that's all. I take them out of the packet and put them on a plate or we would eat loads more as well.....especially Nick and the vovos.....oh yeah.....I am thinking that packet would be gone in a heartbeat.

Love you to pieces. So very happy to see you today.
