Thank you Dee!

Started off Saturday morning with guided Chakra meditation, now it's startin' fluid time (or as Starbucks likes to call it: "Puppuccino") Plus I haven't exercised all week! Yikes!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend ~ Heading over to my dad's for a Fathers Day visit.....he's one of those guys who's impossible to shop for 'cause he never needs anything, but he likes going to the movies, so I got him a gift card to the movie theater and a bag of Dunkin' Donuts coffee

Purps, I think that's perfect!!

Sometimes I think the whole father's day thing is a little backwards. My kids have made me be a better person.

Have a great day

Good morning.

My husband is doing a lot better. Thanks for the good thoughts. He's crabby because he has to quit smoking though. He had a pack in his bag and said, "you don't know how hard it was not to have a cigarette. " Um, yeah. I do. Duh.

I hope everyone is doing well and the dads had a great Father's Day.

I'm back at work for the first time in a week and a half. I really need to be independently wealthy.

Good morning everybody.

Bobbie I'm so glad your hubby is doing better. Quitting smoking is something I need to do too!

(((Bobbie))) Glad hubby is feeling better

Checking in.....got my cranky pants on for a couple days, but hopefully after today it'll get better

GnR announced 8 tour dates for this fall ~ one in Florida, 4 hours away where my sister lives....as excited as I was at first, I know that would threaten my recovery ~ and I need to focus on finding a better job!

Good morning guys!

Good luck on the job hunt, Purps. Good job on choosing sobriety over GnR. I know that's a tough call. I'm really proud of you.

Have an awesome day, friends.

Getting a better job is important for sure.
Something to consider though ~ Axl is 57 and sober now....might be a whole different Gunners experience.

Quitting smoking is both harder and easier than quitting alcohol. I'm not sure if you are a former smoker, Bobbieka, but if you are I'm sure you can understand. Good luck to you and your husband. I'm glad stents were an option!

Keep that focus up Purps. Great things will happen
