PJ, what a wonderful moment with your son! You were there for him. All the work you’ve done on yourself has made you ready for that moment.

Really, really happy for you and your son.

VERY early days lill. Nothing will be the way a Disney cartoon works. I will just go with flow and use mindful crap.

Still, that's some big progress PJ!

Last night I left on some background meditation music and "slept in" til 5! I must've slept a solid 6 hours....startin' fluid hour has begun.... Anyone got plans for today? Nothing here, so I should be around...

Some music trivia: Did you know that Jimi Hendrix was the opening act for the Monkees back in the 60s? I follow Micky Dolenz on Twitter

Good morning everybody.

Purps I got my first cuppa' startin' fluid! Nothing planned for the day yet. Maybe this will just be a goof off day. Or maybe I'll do some editing work. I dunno'!

Trying to drink a little water before having more coffee....3 cups already this morning

I'm debating on visiting this metaphysical gift shop that I love....as if I have money to spend.......then my Shop-aholic AV whispers: "Remember the last two times you went, you didn't buy anything, so you can buy something this time...."

Startin' fluid, a light breakfast and my favorite Yee Haw girl on the stereo.

Might do some stuff today - might not.

Enjoy the day everyone!

Well I went and spent too much on two items....a Chakra candle and home fragrance mist....can I live without them? Sure, but I like to think they're for health reasons.....Meditation and Aromatherapy

My son visited for 2h. I can be of use in him going for a home loan, happy to help...it will mean some rather large changes in my financial future- but he is my son. It went really well. He is very grounded, mindful and has smarts. Proud of him with unconditional love- a blessing being his dad. First real contact in 8y.

So awesome, PHX. You truly deserve this. Your son sounds really awesome.

Had a bad week last week. A pretty good friend's son died from a heroin overdose. It just hits so close to home. I was sad, then mad. Now I think I am going to try and start a charity 5k for awareness. It is hitting my hometown suddenly and they are blindsided.

I hope everyone has an awesome day!

(((Bobbie))) So sorry to hear about your friend...the 5k charity sounds like a good gesture

Checking in for the evening....who woulda thought a cup of hot tea + some peace and quiet would be more relaxing than getting drunk?!? Took long enough to realize it

Gosh, that must be hard Bobbie. A 5k sounds like a wonderful idea!

Purp, peace and quiet is my heaven too! Let’s call it our squad goal.

PJ, no, life isn’t a Disney movie that’s for sure. If it was, some Prince Charming would kiss me and release the curse of a witches cancer....and I’d ride into the sunset on a horse with some guy I just met and not have a single care in the world for the rest of my long, long life. Ha! Well, unfortunately, Mirror Mirror says I’m a handful, so no chance of that.

If you’re happy, I’m happy. 😀❤️
