Another gorgeous, breeze day here in Maryland. How I wish every day was in the 70s like this!

I started yet another course today- this one is Ho'oponopono- the ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness. Pretty amazing stuff. You take responsibility for everything around you since in the end, we create our own reality. The mantra is said over and over again and is supposed to change your life- as you heal yourself, you heal the world. We are, after all, connected to each other in one way or another (and always energetically).
I will let you know how it works for me
