Glad you're feeling a bit better today TicToc. I love that name by the way! It gets so much easier.... You just need to stay strong and never ever doubt the decision to stop drinking. My life is a trillion times better now. At one point, before I quit drinking, I thought wine was about the only thing bringing joy to my life. Ha! Turns out wine was the thing slowly destroying my life.... Pushing my loved ones away and twisting my mind inside out. The joy I feel now is real. Stay strong and stay sober Tictoc. You will never regret it xxxxx

P.s I’’m glad your course went well, I have done two of those myself and each time a massive eye opener! A real mix of people and backgrounds too (like i almost imagine AA meetings are like). Nobody judging anyone either. My favourite part, and im wondering if this is nationwide, did they show the video of the bouncy ball/gorilla?

Ooh, no we didn't get to see any bouncy balls or gorillas!! Wish we did! We did however watch a video to test our observational skills. It was a man reading out a load of information. Girly nerd that I am, I took notes and wrote down everything he was saying. I completely missed the fact that his tie changed colour three times and a massive hat had appeared on his head by the end!! Really think I need to work on my observation. Great to meet you Tictoc, you're doing awesome. And hello Suze! Glad you're feeling better too lovely xxxx
Thanks Kenton, great to meet you too and likewise you are doing great. That video is similar, the one I saw is where they show a group of people passing a ball to each other and moving around and you are supposed to count how many times its passed between people. Got it righr, but what I didn’t notice was a person dressed as a gorilla dancing across the screen halfway through. Very shocked when they played the video back! lol
Oops I almost forgot: Thank you sooo much again SL for making it possible for me to work these next four days. You truly are a sweetheart & I'm grateful for our friendship
