When the AV has been yammering away at me that it’s all ok now. That I’ve proven my point. Trying to get me to cave in.
I sooooo needed to hear this to give me strength to keep on going.

Well after a good start with the house,did not get finished because I decided it would be a great idea to cut the grass instead of getting on inside
Not a great idea as lawnmower is heavy and have to bring it from back to front and the lawn is on a slope.....oh boy my stupidity is at an all time low.
Anyway grass looks nice but house not completed yet and my motivation is allowing me to watch tv this morning. Small steps I guess.
Tomorrow is rehab Smart Recovery group....I am busy thinking of many reasons to not go again. If I don't go I may as well forget it. The guys in group are not judgemental so there is nothing there to fear, I will go, it won't kill me but alcohol will.
Congrats to today's Milestoners and thoughts and hugs to you if you are struggling or suffering today.
Anyway Day 4 for me.

And I am SO happy that you have organised to go to a rehab group....it will be awesome. That's your AV I think, trying to stop you from going....
And gosh, some TV after all of that mowing is fine I think.....just give yourself a cut-off time, and then maybe go for a walk?
