Good morning,

A white-winged dove woke me up earlier than I wanted, but I need to get up, and go see my mother at her new rehab place. She needs her clothes and some encouragement. I’ll rest later on and the house can stay a mess! I ordered a box of food for later. I’m just so happy she’s getting a bit better. I’ll quit my perfectionism for the day and not fret and worry. Some things are important, some necessary, some not—kinda like the serenity prayer says! The Cat fur on the floor blowing like tumbleweeds means nothing. Maybe I can knit additional cats and give them to friends.

I washed all my clothes and picked up everything but Maine Coon fur so that’s quite enough chore stuff I think!

Thanks 1new. It is much better to stop struggling with all the possibilities, all the worry and just act. I will keep hope and faith in mind today and let the rest go. I am needed and can be there for family because I’m sober. So happy for that.

So yeah, 24 for sure and one more cup of English tea.

Had a decent work day but when got to downturn, wait was so long until it started raining & had to use Lyft! I’ve been working hard to not use Lyft without care then wonder where the money went @ end of month
