Thank you lovely people. That means a lot. :) :hug: s ♥ OK.....I need to talk coffee.....has anyone ever heard of an allergy to caffeine? Or an intolerance? Honestly, this is not allowed in my life....I am drinking less coffee and not as strong now. Sheesh. Not wanting to give it up though. |

Coffee is very acidic and on an empty stomach can make me feel nauseous and jittery. Still, I enjoy it so much!! Siting here with a very dark French roast cuppa joe now. Mmmmm |

Something weird with downloading pics- the software I use, that worked until now- does not seem to oh well. It was the picture of a wide eyed, slightly freaked out looking cat with a captions that reads something like- You have not had too much coffee until you try to thread a needle on a sewing machine while it is still running. |
Morning, guys! Guess what??? I had lunch with all 3 grand girls yesterday. That never happens. I'll try and post a pic of them. They are so cute! Good busy weekend. I hope everyone is doing well. Hmm, Suze. Apparently a sudden adverse reaction to caffeine intolerance can be caused by either genetics or your liver's inability to process caffeine. I hope that neither is happening to you. Congratulations on 4.5 years! That is absolutely amazing. |
I have an auto-immune issue, and a current nasty illness, and I am thinking it caused my liver to balk....I have halved my intake and added water in between. Plus I truly believe that my metabolism needs boosting/exercise....and that will help. I think. We shall see. What's the site for pics again? I'm having problems. Nathan is Nathan. He is okay and into the recovery for a couple of days then kind of checks out. He is doing the bare minimum to stay out of jail it seems. Very frustrating. |
