Grateful for 100 days free of the poison and pain of alcoholism. The longest stretch of sobriety that I've ever had. I'm only beginning to understand the wisdom in the statement that alcoholism is a symptom. For me, obsessive negative thinking prompted me to seek the sedative of ethanol.

Big shout out to the 24h crew have a fantastic sober friday - if things are hard or painful right now and just staying sober is all you can do then do that and il do it with you with all the wonderful volenteers here who i dont big up enough - Leigh (without a doubt x) (Kris x) (D x)(Suze x) and obviously you guys lurking (Yeah i know you're there too)

11:12 pm and checking in for another 24. It has been an extremely busy week, and I haven't been home until 8:00 most nights, tonight was 9:00. Dive, swim, track, cheer, and even managed to squeeze in dinner with friends one night.
Tomorrow is my last day before two weeks off, I will be dropping my car off i. The morning because it’s making an awful noise, Keep your fingers crossed that it’s something minor and inexpensive.
