Sincere condolences Minion. Loved your recent post to trust God in difficult times Jn16:33. Sunflower it’s nice to hear yoga is doing good stuff for ya; I had to stop after a mth coz of injury & chronic pain. That’s another good quote abc especially last line
Off to bed so can return to work. Second day @ chiropractor was ok I guess. He twisted my back & neck- it was over. Got some exercises to do @ home which I just have to discipline myself to do

I have a question about posting a photo from my photos I take on my iPad. It's a simple question actually .... HOW do I do it???
Is there a link here on SR? I use my iPad to check in everyday, so my "Photo Album" is right here with me!

Morning Everyone 
24 more sober hours for me please.
6:10am here in England and the weather is beautiful at the moment.
After coffee and SR I'll read my book for a while, A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, then a walk with my Dog then work. My Landlord is coming in this afternoon to do some repairs too, I'm so pleased, the kitchen is looking tired so I think he's measuring up today for new kitchen units.
With Easter Bank Holiday I have four days off after today. Little wary having lots of free timed in warm sunny weather but I've planned for me and my bf to spend the day over at my parents tomorrow, nice day in the garden with the dogs, then we've got a lot of painting in the house to keep us busy and sober.
