Hi everyone. Its 2.40 pm here in the UK. I haven't been signing in as often as I should but am still sober and clean so thank you for keeping me on the list. Please count me in for another 24 hours sober and clean. I have been having cravings and I don't really know why, I ride them out and they pass but they still scare me.
