10:49 pm on Saturday night and checking in for another 24. I am officially on vacation for the next two weeks. Started my first day of vacation watching my oldest daughter run at a track invitational, she came in second in the 800, and had a new PR, she ran the mile a little later with tired legs and finished fourth, and only three seconds off of her PR. Next weekend she qualified to run the Twi mile invite at Mt Sac relays, which is really hard to get into, so that will be fun. Can’t remember if I posted after my other daughter’s swim finals, it she did fantastic. Went home with three first place medals. Had to take my car in yesterday, and it cost $1350 to fix. The good news is it is now safe to drive again. Hope everyone is having a great weekend, congrats to all celebrating a milestone! ❤️Delilah And yey re the vacation, and :( re the car.... Just to add onto what Kenton and Willow posted. That voice has done me in time after time. From what I’ve learned lately they need to be treated as pass through thoughts. Just let them come and go. Don’t try to not have these thoughts because the more you try to dismiss them the more you’ll think about them. Thoughts are thoughts and don’t need to be acted on. |
