24 for me, please. It’s been a terrible couple of weeks with my parents both so ill that I’m barely getting through. Not sleeping much. They’re going to try radiation on my mother since there isn’t anything else. The stress is making my father much worse. Really have to try to live moment to moment and find a way to take better care of myself. Hospitals, doctors, phone calls, texts..all day every day. It’s complex. Returning to work today, and if I get next to nothing done I won’t stress over it. Just getting there and doing anything will be fine. Want to steady myself and realize I’m doing all I can.
