Rainman, I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. I know how difficult this is. Stick close to family and friends, and also allow yourself some alone time if you need it. I found looking through pictures and reliving memories, writing a eulogy, and going for walks very therapeutic and helpful when I lost my mom, and my dad. Sending so much love your way. |
Thanks for all of the words of support and wisdom regarding my brother. In reflection, I do not need to decide forever right now, but I have decided not speaking to him for a while is in my best interest. I can always choose to reach out in the future, but for now, I'm just going to focus on my kids, husband, family, friends, job, all of you, and me.
