Feeling a little tired today. I'm trying to walk 20,000 steps each day in March for charity and it's going really well so far.... but today I got all over enthusiastic and think I've overdone it a bit. It's only 4pm and I've already done 24,000 steps today. The poor dog is shattered. He looks really fit though .... Bearing in mind how much food he manages to scoff when our backs are turned, he's in great shape. Have I mentioned how he can now open food cupboards? It's unbelievable. His insatiable appetite has made him really smart. Anyway, I'm off to the cinema now with my family to watch Captain Marvel. And what's so marvellous is that all my kids want to watch it .... The teenager, the little one and the ones inbetween. It's getting more and more difficult to find movies that appeal and are suitable for all ages so thank you Captain Marvel. Just hope I don't fall asleep. I am feeling a bit tired after all the walking. Love to everyone ❣️ and 24 more for me please xxx

Good evening all. Just getting snuggled down with Melly and Mabel for some tv. Struggled a little today but got to yoga and it seemed to help. I'm finding exercise harder after putting some weight back on but it does good things for my mind so I will keep it up.
