It’s time to come back. I’m calling today day one.

I’ve come to realize that along with being an alcoholic I’m in the midst of a major depression right now. My drinking definitely isn’t helping matters out. I have an appointment with my doctor next Friday and, I’m finally going to be completely honest with him.

Congrats to today’s celebrants and all who are sober today!

checking in at 0834 little things can trigger
so a need to stay vigilant.....not going hungry...clean up the dishes and apartment and don't feel so overwhelmed by it....manage feelings about pet
