What's up class. Just checking in. Been over 6 weeks now. wow!

Life has been cutting into the pink cloud, as of late. A little down but managing. I feel like it is a race of time against "the urges". Trying to get a plan going before getting blindsided again.

Already took a blow last week....not sure I want to take another one without a piece of armor to take the hit.

50 Days! But I caved in for a smoke yesterday. I fought the craving for about 10 hours. It was though time trying to digest what my to be X was trying to negotiate with no reason provided. But when I understood later in the day I was shocked. I had never seen this side of her in the 14 + years of knowing her. I needed something so I smoked no excuses. AV also talked a lot to me many a times yesterday but it was easy to talk it down, every time. I couldn't drink, I can't loose you guys. I can't go to the Feb class, they are all great folks, but you all are the best by miles. I think I will work on quitting cigarettes when my separation is sorted out. Could be in couple of weeks.

I want to take a moment to thank you all for this achievement. Lognest I been sober. A lot is going on in personal life, but you guys never judged me, rather welcomed me to the family. You all helped me fight through the though times to stay sober and in turn I have been in my senses to fight through my issues.

Love you all and a thanks from deep within my heart. I mean it.

Now I need another another day. Next target is 10 weeks. Strawberry18 let's do it!

Have a very interesting day ahead. Will post after I come back from it. I might have to sit on a computer.

Bonnie, how's your back doing now, fully recovered?

Listae, I like Mindful March. I have been enjoying the practice of mindfulness. I am very new to it but it has been very helpful.

WaterOX, how are you doing?

RAL, you must be at the airport hotel, excited?

Strawberry, 50 days, . How big is your farm, rabbits chicken, what else you have there. Seems interesting to work at a farm. As a kid I wanted to be a farmer. We had a big kitchen garden. A gardner who would take care of it, I used to work with him. We grew a lot of veggies but no chicken or rabbit.

SoberSophie (SS), welcome! And congrats on your 7 weeks.

JT, hope you are doing well and celebrating your 50 day achievement.

SBTS, glad you liked the movie. I cannot watch horror movies.

Did I miss anyone?
