Good morning my sweet friends.
Just finishing up my spin workout at home- I found an awesome one on YouTube and can’t believe I didn’t think of looking there long ago for a workout!

Great day ahead with work from 7-3 and then meeting my parents and sisters family out for Mexican for dinner. It will be a test for me as those damn chips and guac can be very tempting! I am 6 days free of compulsive overeating and feeling really good. Working on my recovery daily and posting in the Sugar Addiciton Recovery thread as much as possible.

Good morning all. Not feeling great today so I'm having a lie in with the dog by my side. I'll risk getting up soon because I'm starving and really want a coffee!
My exercising has ground to a halt after I pulled a muscle in my leg so I can't even walk the dog which is very disappointing. Quiet day it is then.
