((((Delilah))))
I miss my Mum too ❤️ It’s 5 months now and I still talk to her every day. And the tears still come, some days more than others.
24 more please. It’s 7am, wet and windy here.
Love and support to everyone.
Hugs to anyone who needs a hug

I posted the below on another thread but it struck me ask here sudden tiredness is that part of the recovery process or just I am overwhelmed?
It's freezing outside. Have been awake for 2 + hours and have not been able to get out of the bed. Feeling lazy. Even cancelled my gym appointment. Am I really tired or hurting from gym exercises yesterday or both.
Am I trying to do too many things; stay sober, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, journaling, gym, trying to quit smoking, icreasing workload and above all going through the separation process. Or just tired because last 4 days were very long days. Starting at 4:00 am which included all the above plus getting back home around 10 PM. It was also tiring to answer the question 4 evenings in a row, why did you quit drinking?
I don't know the answer but I am getting out of the bed, will meditate, will do yoga or go to the gym, practice mindfulness, journal as I am 2 days behind, go shopping with my boys and won't drink, or smoke.
Have to get the appartment ready, do grocery shopping for school lunches and daily dinners. Buy clothes so that don't have to haul them back and forth between the 2 homes. Starting Monday the boys will be staying with me every other week. I am excited.
Have a great weekend.

Sobriety is the priority.
7:17 am in California and checking in for another 24. My oldest had me up at 4:40 am this morning. She was volunteering for a racewalking event at 6:45 am, so needed to do he seven mile workout before that, so we were at the HS track at 5:10 am. I love how dedicated she is, even though it interfered with my beauty sleep. I have been sick this week so wasn't up to exercising, so I took a chair and sat in the dark under s blanket watching her. My other daughter came as well, she ran one Mike, and did her cheer exercises. We all got to watch the sun rise, which was a pretty good perk. I did not want to drop my teenage daughters in the dark, so I probably looked like a crazy person under a blanket in the chair, but that's okay.
Today is exactly one month since losing my mom. In some easy it seems like it just happened yesterday, and in some it seems like forever since I have heard her voice. Missing her today.
Congrats to all celebrating a milestone today. Have a great Saturday everyone!!!
❤️Delilah
