I hope everyone is still doing well.
I am good, the running is going well. I got up to 7 miles this weekend. I think a half marathon in May will happen, I just need to make sure I keep doing everything the physical therapists told me.
My diet is still not as good as I would like. I should really lose 20 lbs. I'm not over weight by the hight/weight chart but I have a thin build. I have around 20 lbs around the waist that I should lose.

Glad to hear you are doing well Rd2. 7 miles is a impressive run.
I am ok apart from a bit of a health concern that I am having some tests for. Hopefully soon sorted out.
Still can't believe I finally got sober, I had almost lost hope after trying/ failing for so long.
