Morning all. Its 9.50am here in the UK. Please count me in for another 24 hours sober and clean. Congratulations to those celebrating a milestone, my thoughts and prayers go out to those suffering and struggling.

Here for 24 more. Tired- I wanted to keep pressing snooze but it's time to hit the gym before work. I finally treated my body well yesterday although I ate dinner a lot later than usual which is probably what affected my sleep- but no binging, no sugar (minus 2 chocolate covered almonds a coworker gave me) and I went to breathwork which was great. So far I haven't had any deep experiences during it but I always feel lighter when I leave.

Willow, for any device, mobile (iPhone or Android), desktop, laptop, or tablet, Google Chrome is the best browser.
What an waste of time, I have been laying in bed for about an hour this morning and reading through SR posts. But then it struck me, when I have urges, cravings or I get into tough situations where I could be compelled to drink I come here and feel good and end up not drinking. So when the same happens for smoking I come here, read some posts and get encouraged to not smoke? So it was not a waste of time! All positive.
I am in for 24 hours of alcohol and nicotine freedom.
Today's mantra: Be Positive!

But then it struck me, when I have urges, cravings or I get into tough situations where I could be compelled to drink I come here and feel good and end up not drinking. Another 24 hours please.
I did not drink yesterday, but I am surprised I didn't. I had a bad night mentally, worried I was going to do something I'd regret. Not suicide, but just something, my head was out of control.
Something I rarely do, but today, I am putting my faith in a higher power to have a good day.
