Finally in the 60's!!! That is 60 days!! SoberDave cravings are part of the process. The more cravings you conquer the stronger your sober muscles get. Good on you!

One of the most precious things of being sober is that even if you slept for just a couple of hours, you still can be wide-awake and alert the next day.

Normally I would have been a trainwreck, lol.

40 nights sober! Incredible that we are into February and I have not had a sip in 2019. As a bonus, I have also lost 25 lbs in that time! Made some dietary changes too, but the no alcohol has been a major contributor. Have a safe and sober weekend everyone.

As far as the weight loss, mostly just cutting calories and trying to work out a little bit (only being making it to the gym one or two times a week). I'm hoping that as my sober nights number grows my belly fat will slowly decline for obvious reasons!

I was wondering, hows everyones liver doing at the moment?

Mine is definitely better. It was big, hurted a little, but that all gone away after 4 or 5 weeks.

I'm feeling very healthy in all ways Chop Stick Cheese. I'm blue at times because my son is going off to college this summer. That will be a huge change. He is my only. I'm thinking instead of drowning my tears in liquor I'll do something cray cray like sky diving. Something to signify a re-birth of me... A new beginning!! I was always very mindful not to drink around him, and so ironic I will be FREE of the kid thang and I don't want to drink anymore. Oh the irony.
