No....it didn't mention to use the light at the same time each day. Just distance of light and time..... (closer to you, less time needed..)....I really don't like it though. It hurts my eyes even on the lowest setting.

I am full of knowledge, yes but my problems lies in actually applying what I know! I did, however, do energy healing on myself for 30 minutes this morning and for that I am proud! I'm having a great time with the boys so far- getting ready to take them to the gym and then I work at 3.

I wonder if the light therapy is something that just takes a little while to get used to? What is the furthest you can set it away from your body? From what I just read, they say first thing in the morning can be very helpful. I hope you can find a way to use it and that it helps you. I am taking Sam-E (a supplement) and haven't gotten any blues for the first time in years. I also take CBD so between the 2 I'm not sure which one is helping but Sam-E is supposed to help with neurotransmitters. Maybe it's something to research?

I love it (not really) when I ask my husband if he minds if I search for shows on tv. He says he doesn't care, however than proceeds to tell me that such and such a show is on next than something else is on after that. At that point I put the remote down and grab my book,,,, sigh.....
