Morning overs,
I’ve had this headache now, this is the fourth day. I’m only taking the right dose of paracetamol through the day with hot lemonade and honey. My head and ears feel like they’re full of water and I ache all over!
, think I’ve got a bad cold. So frustrating Grrrr.

Oh Mags, I hope it soon clears. My hubby gets head colds, they're rotten. Have you tried stem inhalation? It can help with blocked and inflamed sinuses, especially with vapour rub diluted in the boiling water - don't get it in your eyes though!

Thanks guys, the head pain seemed to subside yesterday but come back full force this morning. Gonna have another steam inhaler!
It’s hubbys last day at work today, he was going to put a holiday day in just before he went home yesterday so he didn’t have to go in today, he wants to bow out without any fuss, but he didn’t get chance! Which I’m pleased about!

Good Morning all! Update -- I heard from my Nephew and they do want to get together this weekend! Hurray! I was ready to accept the worst but since that didn't happen I am beyond happy!
