Red for 24 and an early night. Spent the day at emergency with my Dad yesterday but luckily he’s ok—bruised ribs but otherwise ok. Seems to be doing better today but will be sore for a bit.

feeling a little bit better—things are looking up as I approach my holiday vacation Trying not to overdo it or I’ll get stuck with more popcorn and binge-watching.
