So happy it’s Saturday. Raw and windy day. Was going to meet a group for coffee but I’m not up to it. I’m thinking it’s okay to just relax and heal.

Getting a little range of motion back in my neck. Discs take some time to calm down. Part of me wants to keep up normal activities but maybe modified ones? Yeah, just the basic stuff. It’s a great opportunity to practice calm

That will get me back out there sooner. Going to stretch a lot and walk a bit. I’m grateful for so many things, and an injury slows me down enough to stop and breathe. I’m healing up and am sober. Thankful for our lovely group here!

Enjoy your day. I will definitely build a fire so you’re welcome to join me for a classic movie or binge series. Maybe a minestrone?
