I love the new avatar, PJ. I hope when you get a free moment you will post a picture of the “hand garden” at your place!
I tried another ginger teabag, and still no luck.
But I’m watching a very good movie called Les Choristes (The Chorus) suggested by my tenant, and the (very cool) teacher makes a statement that I think makes a good word of wisdom, especially for a recovery forum.
“Something’s always worth trying.”
1) Never give up on the determination to do something constructive; and
2) When you throw a bunch of spaghetti at the wall, be open-minded: you never know what’s going to stick!

Since we Gilmerites are from all over the world, I thought I'd bring some Christmas lights and joy from a variety of places...

I'll try to stay out of mischief, Badge, but that's a tall order! :-p
Today I hope to make a batch of cookies to serve when we decorate for Christmas tomorrow.
Then I'll just laze around, read and snooze!
Have a terrific time this weekend!

Suze, I had not seen that one! Your back porch is lovely in the snow--and I love what you say about the phenomenon of the scene turning an extra-bright white during the snowfall.
Plus, I loved your hushed, husky narration voice! You've got a great voice! it'd be great even if you didn't have that terrific Aussie accent!
