Good morning & Happy Thanksgiving day to everyone celebrating in the U.S. 
This is my 3rd sober T-day and I'm so very grateful for the many gifts of sobriety! We have moderate weather today so following our big meal I'll put up the outside Christmas lights.

Sounds like a good idea.....gather you have spoken to your doctor love?
It's really best to let the doctor monitor the tapering off....it might take a bit longer, but it is safer this way

Always sad and sick about hearing their alcoholism/drug addiction rates and deaths.

(((Neoo))) nice and steady on that taper it can get tricky as the dose gets lower

So glad to be sober coming into the pre-Christmas season. It seems that as soon as Halloween is over we are bombarded with Christmas and of course alcohol adverts all over the place. Thankfully I couldn't think of anything worse than ruining our family time over alcohol. That being said we may find ourselves in social situations that put us at risk over the next few weeks. Take it from Auntie Jojo - always best to check in here as often as possible. I have carried you guys in my pocket often enough to know that it really does work!
