I need to loose some weight. 10 lbs is my goal. Gotta start watching how much I eat. Going to use the food logger in the Fitbit app. It worked for me before.
Even more important, I have to start exercising. Gonna go do the treadmill right now. Starting with 20 minutes. (I hope)

5:44 am in DC. Hit the wrong time on the alarm and up earlier than planned but gave me time to read here more and reflect. Really appreciate the Gandhi quote kicking off the thread and his wisdom at this early hour. Have a business dinner tonight where booze will be flowing but not for this dude.
