it’s the 14th here in Oz now Venus, I don’t mind either way

I drank on Sun the 13th. A lot. And stopped on Mon14th

Yes Suze I'll give the food a really good try. I did notice a massive improvement when I changed my diet and I think I am very sensitive to sugar. Right that's a promise! Tomorrow the junk is gone! :thou

The award thingy was great and I felt very proud but it was the snuggle on the sofa afterwards that was the highlight. Hannah and I are physically close again and it is wonderful. She never really came close to me when I was drinking and spent a lot of time in her room. I soak up these little moments now. Heaven!
