Completely agree with Dee here, Suze. You offer so much of yourself that I wonder if you look after yourself enough. At the risk of saying something foolish, I'll say that I think you need to focus on whatever it is that ails you now. Be "selfish" if needed.

Checking in before I check out. I crack myself up. Getting ready to leave work to go to Jacob's and see his girls. Hung out with Kamry last night.
Nathan is really struggling again. May go back into inpatient rehab for a spell. Waiting on his rehab counselor to make it happen. I wish it would happen faster. If he is in rehab I don't know what happens with his probation. I guess we'll find out.

Suze- you are a friend, friends help each other. REMEMBER DR HALTS!!!!..please do remember....you need to rest, eat and hydrate.
Informal grading at school (jeez- I really find that off putting- like I should be wearing shorts too big and grazed knees and reciting times tables). Nervy, but always am before classes.

Suze, I hope whatever it is gets better soon - glad you have someone to talk to.
Bobbie, you are doing a great job, but as PJ says - take care of yourself too.
I get to join the stupid parade today. The last 3 days have not been good - I'm very mad and a little confused or something. I go through periods where I'm strong and improving but I still hit that point where the voice in my head tells me I can indulge like a regular person. Of course I can't, and the empty bottles in the recycle bin are telling me that this morning. I can identify 3 distinct time frames in my sober time line - one at about 3 days, another at about 10 days and another at about 3 months. I have to travel today and tomorrow, but when I get back I'm going to look into some kind of IO option - pretty sure my insurance will cover some of it. This is just ridiculous.
Startin fluid is done brewing - time to get my sorry butt going. You guys are the best

IO is a good plan, MITA. More tools are always good. Glad you were able to put the brakes on so fast. It's not easy to do.

This last relapse has left me humbled, frustrated and maybe even a little depressed. It came on so fast - or at least it seemed that way to me. I won’t drink today - that’s about all I can say with certainty right now.
