Good morning folks. 6:07 am and I should have slept in past 5:15. I'm tired. My body still can't get used to work for some reason. Not sure how long this should take. On top of that I am uncomfortably bloated. I tried a new probiotic and it had the opposite effect. AGH! My gut is not happy today and I feel really gross. Sorry for the TMI. Digestive issues have a way of ruining my day. I feel just awful. I am off today and so is my husband which means I can go to a movie if I want since he's home to watch our toddler. Yay!! Okay, there's the silver lining I was looking for. Here for 24 more hours of sobriety and abstinence from sugar. Day 5 on the sugar and feeling really good about it :) |
