Group hug! My wife came home from a trip today and the renewed drama was almost a trigger to throw in the towel. I'm experienced enough where I can fight off the urges, but sometimes I just feel like eff it. Not good, but I'm safe for the day.

You're right, thank you Dee and everybody. As usual, the next morning I feel great and am glad I didn't drink. My quit app shows 182 days and $910 saved (based on $5/day). I didn't spend that much, especially if I bought the cheap stuff. But I used to get snacks, mixers and unhealthy take out foods which I've saved a lot on by eliminating.

In the words of Jim Morrison and The Doors, "Summer's Almost Gone." Friggin flew by for me! My wife and I rode bikes at the beach today and walked the along the shoreline, felt great. Day 1 no fights haha.

I love this class, we make a great sober band

Hey Superfriends, sorry I was gone for a day or two...crazy busy at work.

JimiC posted the eggs zact same thought I had ....summer's almost gone. It's been a great summer, but it's drawing to an end.

This is a GREAT class, and I'm really happy we're all together.

Good to hear from everyone. I'm the dud, I don't know Super Chunk. I'll have to listen to it soon!
I'm doing well, getting ready for my surgery on the 31st. I was freaked out about it but I've calmed down and my AC isn't bothering me like it was, so all is pretty good. It even cooled down a little today.
Have a great rest of the day. Stay sober. I'm so grateful for my sobriety right now.
