Thank you Dee. It’s hard to explain, sadly I’m starting to believe that this forum alone is not enough to help me. I want to post or talk to someone before I do anything, but usually I’m so convinced that everyone hates me or I hate myself or that people don’t care, I just can’t make myself reach out. I don’t know. Maybe I’m just really dumb.

Of course you're not dumb.....reaching out when you're in pain is not easy.....but you can. we care. What's more you have me on Messenger 24/7....if I am asleep my phone is on silent, so it's never a problem.

Love you snuf.....one day at a time girl, we can do this. Together.
