Mystified, it's a tiny fountain outside a big apartment building in my neighborhood, not actually much to look at. This year they didn't turn on the fountain until just a little while ago -- COVID stopped some people from doing their normal spring garden-type stuff. When it started to flow, it was a beautiful thing.
