PalmerSage, I can definitely relate to eating my feelings. I’m thinking of going back to my diet center just to get back on the right track again. They have you do one on one consultations twice a week, and I think that would be good motivation for me right now. Congrats on 14.5 months

Thought I would "wake-up" this thread and let my classmates know that I am still here! 
Very excited for the Springtime to finally arrive and for the ground to thaw. I've got 100 bulbs to plant in my new Summer Garden. 
I placed the order in December
so I would receive a gift to myself in the early Spring. 
They will arrive tomorrow! Hooray!

Hey Chloe, Dee, and everyone! I too am SO happy that spring is finally here - but now I have no excuses not to exercise (not that I had any excuse in the winter either, but now I really don't!) I hope all is well with our class, I'm working on my 16th month and overall, I've never felt better.
....so I planted my bulbs in the front walkway garden!

I finally rejoined my diet center and how I eat does make a difference in how I feel. It gives me incentive to keep eating healthy and try to avoid the sweets that tempt me. I've lost 16lbs, and I still have a long way to go, but it gives me hope I can get there

Hi Chloe, love all the spring enthusiasm! Emme, that's awesome about the weight loss, 16 pounds is amazing! I exercised a little bit last week and felt great, but wasn't able to keep my momentum. It looks like the weather is going to be nice today, so I plan to walk my dogs, at the very least!

Hi, PalmerSage & emme!Good to see you both! Congrats on the healthy eating and weight loss, emme! I have been cutting down on breads and eating homemade veggie soups. That usually help me get rid of that "winter weight gain"! I also took my bicycle out of storage and had a few good days to ride it. Unfortunately, the weather got windy, rainy and cold again.
I am looking forward to better weather soon. The greenhouse is full of flats of little seedings! They are kept warm at night with a heater and the sun (when it is out) does the job in the day. It gets really toasty in there!
PalmerSage...walking is great exercise! It is great for the body and mind! (As well as a treat for both you and your doggie!) Keep it up! We are doing this!!!

It's July 1st already! 
The Summer has had a slow start here and this whole week calls for thunderstorms.
My gardens are looking like bogs!
Just want to send Best Wishes to all my December '17 Classmates!
