Good morning Overs.

Thank you Dee.

Where to start? Yesterday afternoon Mrs T and I thought we would take a leisurely drive to the local home improvement store to buy some things for projects we are doing. As we were approaching the brow of a bridge a car doing twice the speed limit and on the wrong side of the road shot over the bridge and hit us. We got off quite lightly we are both bruised by our seat belts, I have a bruised joint on my left thumb, loads of tiny cuts from when my door window exploded and a broken patella so I have a cast from ankle to mid thigh.
The other driver is a 77 yo insulin dependent diabetic who didn't have any breakfast or lunch and was on the way home from seeing his doctor, he had a dizzy spell. His injuries - a bruised chest.

Have a good day everyone.

Hi, Overries.

Just wanted to stop by and say hi.

I've passed my 5 years and 8 months sober milestone, more or less ok and going through some crazy experiences again. Business as usual.

Have a good one.

The main thing is you , Mrs Andy and the diabeic are safe. That is good...and it is great your post showed you thought so too.

There is a 3000 year old guy who visits someone in my little unit community every Sat - and always parks his car- in the reversing space in the car park. He showed me the damage where he took the door off a parked car- from a lady getting out. I asked if she was ok- but he was much more interested in his car. Some people!

Andy I hope you aren’t all too shook up, sometimes it can take a while for the shock to settle down. I am so glad no one was more severely injured, but that cast will be restrictive for you? It is so good to hear you being so positive about everything. You all have my thoughts and cyber hugs. (And I’ll cyber-sign your cast too!!)

I missed the broken patella!

Thanks for the new part, Dee!

Congrats, MB!

Sorry to hear about the accident, Andy. So glad that you and Mrs. T. weren't more seriously injured.

I stopped over at the boss's house on Saturday morning and there was nobody around. Turns out Fran had to be rushed to the hospital late Friday night. She had passed out briefly, but they were able to revive her. They aren't sure what exactly happened, but she was back home yesterday and in pretty good spirits despite still being confined to the wheelchair.

Lots of rain last night, which really cooled off the temps.

Have a Terrific Tuesday, overs!

(((Andy)))! So glad it wasn’t worse but I know how much of a shock that can be.

Thinking of all of you! Have a terrific Tuesday.

Andy, so sorry to hear your news and Sending wishes for a speedy recovery To you and Mrs Terrific.

Fbl, hope Fran is soon out of her wheelchair and bounding about. :

Itchy, your egg rolls look like our Chinese spring rolls. Yeah, scotch eggs are yummy. Hot or cold.

PJ, what an achievement, bravo
