Good morning sober friends-
Thank you ALL again for the love and support you've given me this week- I am free of food hangovers this morning and almost 12 hours into my fast which we are all doing as a group in my class. We will break the fast at 9:00 pm this evening, and are all bringing in food to share. That will be a 26 hour fast for me.

My husband comes back around 5 tonight. I am proud of myself for surviving these last two nights on my own without screaming at the kids too much. I mean bedtime was probably the worst as I had them both in one room and they took an hour each night to settle down. At one point last night I was getting frustrated and I said in my mind "to hell with it" and stopped resisting. Instead I offered a competition to see who could make the strangest and longest farting noise. It was fun and they fell asleep shortly after that.

Here for 24 more hours of booze free, sugar and flour free living. Day 2 for me for the food stuff, but maybe I shouldn't be counting.

Feeling full of gratitude and love for all of you - I can't even imagine my life without this site. I would be so alone and so lost. THANK YOU to each and everyone of you. I LOVE YOU!

Sunflower, so glad you are feeling much better. Your outfit you described yesterday to wear shopping sounds beautiful! I too walk about in baggy sweats and tee alot. Its a real confidence booster to dress and make-up.

Like the games you play with the kiddos! My grands love silly games like that.

Fasting is very good, but not easy. Ive currently read up on intermittent fasting. About 16 hours is all I can make it. Good on you! !

In for 24 more at 0555. Spring Time

Surgery and transportation...the whole day went well. Besides carpal tunnel surgery the doc fixed a trigger finger and that's what's sore and stiff. Responsibly, as prescribed, taking pain killers.

Urges to reward myself many times, but took care of HALT instead.

Thanks everyone for the supportive msgs.

Heavens, there is so much love emanating from this thread today, it could take flight like a great big angel, and spread its wings of protection over the whole of our beautiful planet Earth!

Weev in for 24 more at 12:08pm washing everything I own with pure living water and letting it dry in the sun; for anyone who can remember our well got contaminated a while back and is now running clear and fresh again.

Its been a while since I prayed for everyone on our list, so I shall do that later
