Good morning everyone. Its 8.30am here in the UK. Please count me in for another 24 hours sober and clean. I am struggling with some personal problems and it will be a while before its sorted. I do not want to drink but it is hard feeling everything with no chance of escape. Thanks for being here. |

24 for me please. Last night was the most terrifying thing I've every experienced. I know people say that sometimes a switch gets flipped and they know that's it. That was me last night. I'm finally really, really scared of alcohol. The last time out there took me as far as I ever want to go. I'm convinced it could have take my life. Thank you for being here everyone.
